Hangzhou Liangjin Boat Co., Ltd. was established in 1986, and
began by building wooden boats. LIANGJIN's first international
business was sending 3 wooden boats to the USA in 1988.
In the early 1990s, LIANGJIN started to build composite boats with
expert guidance from the Aero & Space Department of Nanjing
Aeronautic Academy. Now, we build and export more than 1,000 boats
per year to more than 20 countries including such rowing nations as
the U.S., the Netherlands, Germany, Great Britain, Australia,
Denmark, Austria, Spain, Belgium, and many countries in Asia.
LIANGJIN builds our boats by using high-performance raw materials
from all over the world, including carbon from Japan and the
Netherlands, Kevlar from the U.S.A, honeycomb from Luxembourg, and
epoxy resin from Australia.
Over years, our team of production staff has been working hard to
develop top class rowing boats that are light, stiff and durable.
Many of our managers have been with the company since the
establishment. We also have experts in different fields from
Australia and Europe to advise on the latest technology and
production techniques. This is ongoing.
In Asia, LIANGJIN boats come to dominate international rowing
market. In the Asian Games, East Asian Games together with China's
National Championships, LIANGJIN boats have won more than 450 gold
medals, 525 silver medals and 680 bronze medals.
In 2008, LIANGJIN boats attended Beijing Olympic Games.
LIANGJIN is one of the only 4 boat builders around the world that
are endorsed by FISA.
We will continue to work hard to build affordable and innovative
boats for our customers in every corner of the world.
